Mathilde Pinault, the daughter of François-Henri Pinault confided in the columns of the magazine Paris Match, Thursday, June 30, 2022. She discussed her relationship with her mother-in-law, Salma Hayek.
On Sunday, June 26, 2022, Mathilde Pinault won the prize “Saint Laurent Eiffel Challenge” during a horse riding competition on the Champ de Mars, in Paris. At only 21 years old, she is doing everything to realize her dream of participate in the 2028 Olympic Games, in Los Angeles. The young rider who is also a finance student is the daughter of François-Henri Pinault and Dorothée Lepère. She is the sister of François (25) and the half-sister of Augustin James (16) and Valentina Paloma (15). The latter was born from the relationship of the French billionaire and the Mexican actress and producer, Salma Hayek.
In an interview with Paris Match and unveiled on Thursday June 30, Mathilde Pinault confided in his special relationship with his mother-in-law. “She has a flame that soothes me” she explained before continuing: “She helps me in my everyday life. She teaches me to keep a sense of priorities“.
Mathilde Pinault: “She guides me in a very pragmatic way”.
Today, the daughter of the CEO of the luxury group Kering can count on Salma Hayek on a daily basis. She also underlined the fact that she had already follow-up at work : “I have already accompanied her on film sets. I was able to observe how she managed her schedule, how she learned her texts at night. She guides me in a very pragmatic way to face difficulty after difficulty.“.
Salma Hayek seems to be approaching her stepmother role to perfection and having formed a very strong relationship with her husband’s second child. She was also able to see her grow since she welcomed Valentina Paloma in 2007 and married in February 2009 with Francois-Henri Pinault. Today, they form a very beautiful blended family.
